Our chef's tortellini recipe uses 3 different types of imported cheeses (parmesan, ricotta and pecorino romano) stuffed inside a fresh ring-shaped pasta. These fresh cheese tortellini are then tosses with our exclusive creamy tomato alfredo sauce for a rich and delightful vegetarian dinner. All natural Preservative-free. Vegetarian.
(From Frozen) MICROWAVE: Remove lid or sleeve and vent film. Microwave at 50% of power for 2 minutes. Repeat as necessary until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, place on high for 1-2 minutes, or until hot. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove lid and film. Cover tray with aluminum foil and place on cookie sheet on center rack and heat for 25-35 minutes. Gently stir before serving.
PASTA: Durum Flour (durum flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), Water, Pasteurized Whole Eggs, FILLING: Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whey milk and cream), Parmesan Cheese (part skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose added to prevent caking), Pasteurized Whole Eggs, Pecorino Cheese (pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt), Panko Crumb (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, yeast, salt), Heavy Cream. SAUCE: Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato puree, salt, citric acid), Canola and olive oils, Parmesan cheese (pasteurized cow's milk), Light Cream, Butter, Modified Food Starch, Spices, Onion, Garlic, Salt and Pepper.
