The popularity of this light, delicious fish is justified and our chefs wanted to show you how wonderful it can be. This seafood meal consists of a filet of poached tilapia topped with a dollop of white wine, lemon and herb butter and served over a bed of steamed green beans. Light. Refreshing and Delicious. Preservative-free.
(From Frozen) MICROWAVE: Remove lid or sleeve and vent film. Microwave at 50% of power for 2 minutes. Repeat as necessary until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, place on high for 1-2 minutes, or until hot. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove lid and film. Cover tray with aluminum foil and place on cookie sheet on center rack and heat for 25-35 minutes. Gently stir before serving.
