Our Steak and BBQ rub is ideal for grilling, broiling or baking roasts and steaks. Prepared by blending sea salt with a variety of herbs and spices.
- Rub 1tsp per pound onto both sides of the meat. Alternatively, mix with minced garlic and olive oil to create a paste, then pat forming a crust on the surface of a steak, rack of lamb or roast.
