These light and elegant appetizers (pronounced span-a-KO-pee-ta) are a traditional Greek specialty consisting of buttery and flaky fillo pastry triangles filled with sauteed spinach, feta cheese and spices. Sometimes called Spinach and Feta Phyllo Triangles or Spinach Pie, this Mediterranean recipe is a gourmet appetizer found at all classic cocktail parties and distinguished luncheons.

These classic & savory appetizers are chef-prepared then flash frozen fresh and guaranteed to be delivered directly to your door frozen for convenient keeping until needed. Vegetarian.
(From Frozen) OVEN: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place hors d'oeuvres on baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Convection oven: reduce time by 1/3. Do not microwave.
