For the piece de resistance, bake or grill our all natural Lamb Rib Chops in our delicate smoky tomato marinade. Continuing on our French inspired menu, serve the lamb with French imported Pom' Dauphines (creamy delicate potato puffs) and Maple Glazed Carrots.
