Our Scallops Wrapped in Bacon are chef-prepared with tender & sweet fresh bay scallops, then they are wrapped in a smoky flavored cured bacon and put on a skewer. This gourmet hors d'oeuvre is ideal for outdoor cocktail parties and elegant dinner parties.
These fun & easy appetizers are chef-prepared then flash frozen fresh and guaranteed to be delivered directly to your door frozen for convenient keeping until needed. Tip:as soon as the scallops lose their translucence and turn opaque, they are done. Tip: Serve as a first course over a bed of mixed lettuce with a raspberry vinaigrette.
| (From Frozen) OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place hors d'oeuvres on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Convection oven: reduce time by 1/3. Do not microwave.
