Gourmet 3-Course Dinners
An authentic Southern French side dish recipe likened to a Mediterranean vegetable ragout and consisting of slow simmered eggplant, zucchini, onions, peppers, tomatoes and garilic seasoned with an assortment of herbs.
This healthy vegetarian dish is delicious served hot with beef, lamb, pork, poultry or fish. Or serve it cold for lunch on a hot summer day. Or serve it over couscous for a delicious vegetarian dinner. All natural. Preservative-free. Vegetarian.
| (From Frozen) MICROWAVE: Remove lid or sleeve and vent film. Microwave at 50% of power for 2 minutes. Repeat as necessary until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, place on high for 1-2 minutes, or until hot. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove lid and film. Cover tray with aluminum foil and place on cookie sheet on center rack and heat for 25-35 minutes. Gently stir before serving.
