Prepared by our Indian chefs, our Punjab Spinach vegetarian dish is based on an authentic and traditional Indian recipe. This Northwestern Indian dish comes from the Punjab province and is like the Indian recipe for Creamed Spinach. This delicious vegetarian dish consists of fresh spinach sauteed in a traditionally Indian cream sauce with herbs and spices. Note to real Indian food lovers: we are very sorry but this dish does not contain the traditional paneer cheese, it is only the creamed spinach.All natural. Preservative-free. Vegetarian. Spicy hot!
| (Do not thaw) MICROWAVE: 1. Remove tray from carton and puncture film 2 to 3 times. 2. Heat on high setting for 3 minutes. 3. Carefully peel film back enough to stir gently. 4. Heat for an additional 2 minutes. 5. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns. Note: Heating times may vary depending on oven wattage and may need adjusting. OVEN (Do not use toaster oven) 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. 2. Place tray on cookie sheet on middle shelf leaving film intact. 3. Heat for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. 4. Gently stir before serving.
