(From Frozen) MICROWAVE: Cut across top of pouch . Pour into microwave safe dish. Heat on high for 3 minutes, stir, heat for an additional 3 minutes. STOVE TOP: Place frozen unopened pouch in saucepan of boiling water. Heat for 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove pouch, snip corner and serve. -CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE HOT-
