| The crab cakes in this package are uncooked & should be cooked until heated through to an internal temperature of 160?F. These crab cakes are best cooked when completely thawed. Once thawed: To saut?: Place in frying pan on medium heat for 5 min on each side. To bake: Preheat oven to 350?F. Bake for 10-15 min. From frozen: To saut?: Place in frying pan on medium-low heat for 10 min on each side. To bake: Preheat oven to 325?F. Bake for 15-20 min. Note: Cooking time may vary depending upon actual cooking temperatures. |
