Prepared Meals & Meal Plans
On the lighter side, our chefs have put together a prepared meal inspired by the healthy Mediterranean lifestyle. A boneless, skinless chicken breast is seasoned with a blend of herbs and baked with a side of ratatouille (simmered eggplant, zucchini, peppers....with herbs & spices).Preservative-free.
| (From Frozen) MICROWAVE: Remove lid or sleeve and vent film. Microwave at 50% of power for 2 minutes. Repeat as necessary until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, place on high for 1-2 minutes, or until hot. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove lid and film. Cover tray with aluminum foil and place on cookie sheet on center rack and heat for 25-35 minutes. Gently stir before serving.
