An all-time favorite traditional Italian dinner, our chefs follow a classic Italian recipe by alternating layers of long-cut baked eggplant with fresh mozzarella cheese, imported Parmesan cheese & our own homemade basil tomato sauce seasoned with basil & parsley. Vegetarian.
| (From Frozen) OVEN: Remove lid. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place tray on cookie sheet in the oven on the middle rack for 45-60 minutes or until hot.
