Shipping Information
Artiko ships all of its orders within the continental U.S. only in special insulated containers with dry ice using trusted national carriers such as UPS and Fed Ex. We guarantee everything will arrive frozen.

- Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes, APO's or FPO's.
- When placing your order, please double check the shipping address as our guarantee does not apply to orders with incorrect shipping addresses.
- Our carriers are instructed (unless you provide us with contrary instructions) to leave the package at the door. We guarantee the items will remain frozen until late in the evening of the delivery date. We recommend that when placing your order, you verify that the recipient will be available to assume delivery of the package. If the recipient is not going to be home on a certain day or week, please add a comment and/or select a preferred delivery week during check out. We regret that will are unable to refund or reship orders that thaw because no one is available to receive the package.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders received before 12pm CST on:
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be shipped that day*.
- Thursday and with a 1-day transit time will be shipped that day*.
- NOTE: Orders with a 2-3 day transit time received on Wednesday (after 12pm CST), Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday unless Saturday or Express delivery is specifically requested.
*We do our best to ship orders the day we receive them. If it is critical that an order arrive by a particular date, please put a note in the Comments section during check out or let your Customer Representative know.
